Example

I’m a lead software engineer on the frontend side. I focus primarily on optimizing web applications for maximum speed. And as a Team Lead, I’m also responsible for reviewing my team’s output and keeping track of and structuring various tasks on the project.

I’ve been in the IT industry for more than 8 years. I started as a junior front-end engineer at EPAM right after I graduated from Belarusian State University, then I went over to the back-end side, and moved back to the front-end over 3 years ago.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed to get a pretty good understanding of such complex technologies as HTML5, CSS, JS, AJAX, JSON, and AngularJS. Working on my previous project I also gained a lot of valuable experience in Bootstrap framework, which is used a lot on your project, as far as I know.

In my opinion, thanks to constant communication with the clients I’ve managed to develop quite good communication skills. My colleagues often say that I’m a good listener and can communicate even complex ideas in a simple, diplomatic and clear way.

I think I’m also quite comfortable with managing a distributed team since I’ve been leading a small international team for three years already.

I think the combination of my skills and experience could be a good addition to your team.
